Marking the 60th Anniversary of the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), the NIC-NIDA Conference 2026 serves as a high-level platform for advancing smart governance, digital integrity, and zero-corruption systems in response to escalating global governance challenges. Building on a four-year intellectual trajectory—from shaping sustainable development pathways (2023), driving institutional transformation (2024), to strengthening collaboration in the Intelligent Age shaped by data and AI (2025)—the 2026 conference emphasizes the translation of governance innovation into concrete public policy and institutional reform.
This year, NIDA is organizing the 5th NIC-NIDA Conference in 2026 under the theme “Governance in the Age of AI: Transformation for Human and Global Impact,” the conference brings together senior policymakers, leading scholars, and practitioners to explore policy instruments, regulatory frameworks, and governance technologies that enhance accountability, promote transparency, and rebuild public trust. Through high-level policy dialogues, interdisciplinary symposia, and cross-sector engagement, NIC-NIDA Conference 2026 seeks to deliver evidence-based policy insights and foster international cooperation to advance resilient, ethical, and future-ready governance systems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
